Terms of Use of the J&M Lock Website

I. Definitions

1. The phrase "J&M LOCK, INC", the words "Site", "Sites", "website", "websites", "us" & "we", as used in these Terms & Conditions (hereafter known at "Terms"), refers to the business incorporated in Montana as J&M Lock, Inc located in Manhattan, Montana, www.jmlock.com (hereafter known as "Catalog") and any representative thereof.

2. The terms "you" & "yours", as used in these Terms, pertains to any person that uses www.jmlock.com: A) to find and/or gather information; B) to price compare; C) to purchase products or services; D) to use the information contained upon these Sites to further their knowledge of locks or locksmithing; and/or E) for any other purpose not mentioned above, with the exception of any rules as outlined in section IV. This includes any person that cancels any shopping cart or invoice.


II. Type of content

1. The information available on these Sites, including, but without limitation, photographs, logos, opinions, directions and security advice (collectively "Content") is NOT a substitute for any type of professional advice that can be obtained from a Security Professional in your area. A licensed Locksmith, or other licensed and bonded Security Professional can better assess your security concerns and offer you a method to overcome those problems in person.

2. www.jmlock.com is provided for use by you for purchasing, price comparison and 'window' shopping. Because manufacturers constantly make changes to their products, we make no warranties as the accuracy of the descriptions of products we have included on our Catalog. We strive to be accurate in our descriptions and consistently monitor changes in product descriptions that are provided to us by manufacturers, distributors and trade publications.


III. Copyrights

1. All Content posted on our Sites should be considered copyrighted. You may NOT sell or distribute any Content on our site without the express written consent from us.

2. Any information, including logos, that we have obtained from other sources retains its original owner's rights and, to the best of our knowledge, was posted with permission from the respective owner(s).

3. J&M Lock, Inc has made every attempt to insure that all Content on our Site is posted legally. If you are aware of any infringing materials on our Sites, please contact our President at: jhanna@jmlock.com (you may prefer to fax us with this information at: (406) 284-4461.

Please include in the email (or fax):
1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including the exact page and location on such page; & information sufficient for J&M Lock to contact you regarding the alleged infringement, such as your name, physical address, email address and phone number.


IV. License to Use the Sites

1. J&M Lock, Inc grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Sites and Content for your personal or commercial purposes. J&M Lock retains all rights and interest in the Sites, including the Content, logos and opinions.

2. You may not use any portion of the Sites if such use would violate any local, state, federal or country laws.

3. You may not use the Sites to obtain information of which you know will be used for illegal purposes.

4. You may not use the Sites to obtain email addresses or links to other sites for the express purpose of using those email addresses or sites for SPAM or other marketing purposes.

5. You may not post links to any page within the Sites - on any website, forum or blog - without the express written permission of J&M Lock, Inc.

6. You may not use any Content on the Sites to train or inform someone if you know or feel that they may use it for illegal purposes.

7. You may access our Sites and print or copy Content for PERSONAL USE ONLY, with the exception of Content that is owned by another entity.

9. J&M Lock, Inc does not provide Internet access. You are responsible for providing Internet access to our Sites. We are not responsible for ISP outages, poor connections, Site server outages or other problems you may encounter accessing our Sites.

10. Any violators of this Limited License and/or these Terms will be prosecuted under the laws of Manhattan, county of Gallatin, Montana.


V. Your Agreement with Us

1. Any time you visit our Sites you are bound by the Terms that were posted on the date you visited. These Terms may be updated occasionally so please review it when visiting our Sites.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless J&M Lock, Inc, its Sites, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents and suppliers from and against all claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements arising in connection with your use of the Site or resulting from your use of the Sites, or your violation of this Agreement.

2. J&M Lock, Inc is not responsible for harm to persons, businesses or property that results from your use of our Sites or the information contained herein.

1. As a convenience to users of our Sites, we may provide links to third party web sites from the Sites.

2. J&M Lock, Inc is not responsible for and does not necessarily endorse the informational content or any products or services available on any third party web sites and does not make any representations regarding its content or accuracy.

3. J&M Lock, Inc implies no ownership, partnership or other relation to any sites that we may provide links to.

4. Your use of third party sites is done so at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of such sites.
